Urethane Stone

LINEヤフー新社屋のウェルネスゾーンに設置する、ウレタンチップの造作物を製作。着座のほか、ストレッチなどの使用も想定し、多様な形状に造形。チップウレタンは端材を固めて製造する為、全く同じ柄や色というのはなく、すべてが一点モノ。

We produced sculpted urethane-chip furnishings for the wellness zone at LY Corporation’s new headquarters. Designed for a variety of uses beyond seating — including stretching — the pieces were shaped into diverse forms. Because chip urethane is made by compressing offcut foam scraps, no two pieces ever share the exact same pattern or color, making each one truly one of a kind.
